| Chocolate cake filled with Peanut butter frosting |
I love peanut butter and chocolate cake! I have made a lot of sweets with peanut butter, but never before peanut butter frosting. I have heard a lot about the combination of peanut butter frosting with chocolate cake, but never try to make it.
I like to play with ingredients so I can make new recipe. So last weekend I try to make peanut butter frosting my way and it was delicious. I don’t know if anyone else make it this way, but if they do it’s the most delicious peanut butter frosting ever. This frosting even more delicious in combination with chocolate cake. Ingredients:
2 cups of confectioner Sugar
¼ cup of butter
1 cup of peanut butter
8 oz cream cheese
½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of milk, if the frosting is to stiff
1 cup of peanut butter
8 oz cream cheese
½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of milk, if the frosting is to stiff
All the ingredients has to be at room temperature
Preparation:
- Cream together the butter, peanut butter, cream cheese and vanilla until well combined in a bowl
- Add the confectioner sugar little by little into the bowl and beat until well combined. If your frosting is a little bit too stiff add the 1 tablespoon of milk
Your frosting is ready to fill and decorate your chocolate cake.
